Rates & Insurance

The price for each therapy session varies depending on factors such as your insurance coverage, payment method, geographic location, and other considerations. Our scheduling team is available to walk you through the details and help you make the right choice for yourself and your loved ones.

We are in network with most major insurances. The current insurances that we are in network with are Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, Cigna/Evernorth, Horizon BCBSNJ, and most state BCBS plans. We are not in network with Medicaid or Medicare plans. We are also not in network with AmeriHealth or Independence Blue Cross.

If you have out-of-network coverage, we can provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt of your sessions. You submit this to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. It’s a good idea to call your insurance company first to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

FAQs About Therapy

Therapy is a good fit for people who are open to reflecting, learning, and making intentional changes in their lives. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to show up, be curious about your experiences, and stay engaged in the process. If you’re ready to invest in yourself, you’re ready for therapy.
Your first session is about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you in and what you’d like to work on. It’s a low-pressure space where you can share at your own pace and begin building a foundation of trust and comfort.
It depends on your goals. Some people come in for short-term support, while others stay longer to explore deeper patterns or continue growing. We’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy is helping you in the way you need.
You might notice small shifts—feeling more grounded, handling stress differently, or being more aware of your emotions. Progress isn’t always linear, but over time, you’ll likely feel more connected to yourself and more confident in your ability to manage what life throws at you.
Yes. If something isn’t working, we’ll help you find a better fit within our team. Your comfort and connection in the therapy relationship are key to progress.
